One Year Service Warranty:

– Production Faults: If your product experiences any damage due to production faults within the first year, we will send our team to fix it at no additional cost to you.
– User Faults: If the damage is caused by user mishandling, we will still provide repair services, but there will be a charge for the fixing.

Delivery Policy:
At CURVA Design, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Here’s how our process works:
– Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we require a 15% advance payment to confirm your order and begin production.
– Production Time: After receiving the advance, we will start the production process. Our typical production timeline is approximately 15 working days, though this may vary depending on the product type and order volume.
– Delivery: We deliver only within Dhaka, Bangladesh at this time. Once your order is ready, we will arrange home delivery using pickups or vans.
– Delivery Charges: The delivery charge varies based on the size and weight of your product and will be communicated to you during the order process.
Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from CURVA Design. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you have the option to return it.
